When can I move in?

As soon as you have found the optimal size for your needs, you may move in at your earliest convenience.

How much notice needs to be given when I move out?

We require a 10 day notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

You will need a Government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport) as well as a credit or debit card to be left on file at your desired location.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests a longer lease. However, we offer discounts for customers who sign a lease for a year or longer.

What about insurance?

We offer low cost insurance options for your unit. Ask an associate on staff for more details.

Does someone have to be in the office to allow me access to my storage unit?

Yes. There is always a manager on staff when the building is in operation. When we are closed, you cannot access your unit unless you have a 24 hour drive up unit.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, through mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted via credit/debit card monthly.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Checks, Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Discover

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes, we sell various types of locks, boxes and a full line of moving and packing supplies

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call any of our storage experts for assistance.

What are the hours of operation?

Please refer to the Hours of Operation listed on the location page for each facility. Per facility, loading and unloading must be completed between the hours of operation.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?

Stop by anytime during hours of operation for a complimentary tour of our facility.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We have locks available for purchase on the property in addition to all packing supplies.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, tires, toxic materials and perishable items. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes, we offer complimentary use of our flatbed hand carts at every location. Carts are located in the loading area of each facility.

Do you offer moving trucks?

Yes, we have U-Haul trucks available for rental for your convenience. Please call us for sizes and availability.

Do you offer a mover?

Yes. We have professional, on site residential and commercial moving services available.
